VISION
We watched afternoon sun hit sand. Water moving along Broadbeach's coastline. This elevated site beside Nikiforides Family Park in this sought-after Gold Coast suburb spoke to us about rhythm and light. We imagined a tower that breathes with these patterns. Sculptural curves that catch and throw light back. Refractions that shift and glow as the day moves.
"Marella's form is uniquely responsive to its site – the curves respond to the sun and create unique refractions of light that glisten and glow."

SOLUTION
We embedded passive principles from the start. Cross-ventilation pulls ocean breeze through apartments. Deep balconies shade western sun while framing eastern views. Operable facades let residents control their comfort.

Interiors reflect calm sophistication through a natural palette of stone, timber, and custom detail layered with intent. Every element supports effortless living: generous storage, intuitive flow, enduring materiality. Homes of substance and soul.

Amenities integrate seamlessly and feel equally refined. Wellness and fitness facilities, resort-style magnesium pool, private entertaining spaces. All designed to foster connection, elevate wellbeing, support daily ease. These spaces extend Marella's design philosophy rather than adding to it. The building sold out in under six months. 98 properties averaging $1.7m.

Residents recognised authentic, elevated coastal living when they saw it. Our second collaboration with Mosaic proves our approach. We design with place, responding to its natural qualities. Ambitious ideas delivered through intelligent design.
