VISION

Soul-soothing views. A sought-after location just beyond the golden sands of Main Beach. The brief for Drift Residences was to design a lifestyle rather than an apartment building. We set about putting ourselves in the shoes of those fortunate to eventually call this place home. Crafting spaces where one can immerse themselves in ocean vistas and luxurious comfort, while enjoying ultimate privacy. Our concept for the 30 whole-floor apartments took premium coastal living to rare heights.

SOLUTION

Delivering on such a vision meant crafting each residence to the finest detail. No expense was spared – with each apartment offering 360-degree views from Surfers Paradise to the Spit, and across the Broadwater and out to sea. This was achieved partly through expansive glass façades that promote the seaside vantages, while curated natural materials and bespoke joinery also serve to pull the outside in.

Resort-like vibes abound throughout the building, from a private oasis day spa to rooftop swimming pool and landscaped nooks from which to take in the last of the golden light.

Drift Residences live up to their name in the way they offer homes with all convenience you’d expect from a home in the suburbs, but with the energy of a Tedder Avenue location.
