Luna Burleigh

Where the rainforest meets the sea. Where the sun’s reflection on the water slows everything down. Situated on the water at Burleigh, we wanted Luna to capture that feeling in an exacting built form.

Our design concept looked to the landscape for rhythm. Every curve of the façade, every detail of the form, inspired by this natural softness. Rather than beachside clichés or Gold Coast gloss, this was about ease and balance. Just like a canopy in the rainforest, we wanted to design residences that felt private but completely connected to the elements around them.

Each of the luxury apartments at Luna Burleigh is its own private retreat. Full-floor residences open to wide balconies and ocean air. A curved glass façade mirrors the movement of the waves below. Full-height, north-facing windows frame the sea, inviting natural light to wash through each space. In every direction, it feels like the landscape flows through.

Inside, the material palette reflects the natural landscape, with bespoke stone and timber in warm, coastal tones. The interiors, designed in collaboration with Mim Design, bring a warmth with quiet sophistication.

It’s a lifestyle that goes beyond the door, with shared resort-style amenities such as a wet-edge pool, lounge deck and gym. We made sure everything was considered and connected, offering residents a seamless daily wellness ritual. From the flowing exterior to tranquil interiors, Luna belongs to Burleigh. You arrive, and you exhale.
