“Offering more affordable, well‑balanced lifestyles and vibrant cultural experiences, Geelong, Hobart and Adelaide are fast becoming popular destinations for people moving away from our largest cities. With this exciting period of growth comes increased demand for new, well‑designed developments and improved infrastructure that provide long‑term strategic solutions for communities. We already have a strong network and existing project portfolio in these regions, so establishing a local presence is a natural next step”.
Dominic Versace steps in as Studio Lead. He studied architecture at Deakin University’s Geelong Waterfront Campus, joined our Melbourne team in 2017, and has led projects across all phases. He’s passionate about growing Geelong’s cross‑sector design scene and supporting emerging local talent.
Hobart
Project Architect Georgina Hall takes the lead. A Tasmanian returning after working with us in Perth since 2017, she’ll work closely with us locally to support affordable housing, healthcare, education and essential infrastructure.
Adelaide
Areej Hashmi‑Weyman leads the studio. With deep roots in urban design and architecture, she’ll focus on healthcare, aged‑care, hospitality and education projects across South Australia.
“We see the development of these dynamic regional cities as important priorities in Australia’s future, and look forward to working hand‑in‑hand with local industry and government to improve the day‑to‑day lives of these local communities”.
