Pioneering commercially sensitive NZ hotels with Safari Group

We’ve had a long and successful partnership with property developer Safari Group. Together, we’re creating commercially viable and design-forward hotel projects across New Zealand. Our newest one is La Quinta Parnell & Augustus Park in Auckland.

Over the years, our collaboration has led to a number of successful projects. We designed the TRYP by Wyndham in Palmerston North and delivered the La Quinta Queenstown by Wyndham, Ramada Suites by Wyndham in Manukau, and Ramada by Wyndham in Queenstown Central. La Quinta Parnell & Augustus Park is our most recent project.

The building's design is both considered and efficient. Its two-tone façade creates visual interest while keeping construction streamlined. The lower levels of the hotel blend with the surrounding buildings, while the apartments above have a slimmer profile. A public market and plaza at street level welcome people, integrating the development into Parnell.

Our partnership works because we take a commercially sensitive approach. This means we focus on streamlined project delivery, adaptable design solutions, and balancing aesthetics with function. We are also experts at working with cost-effective building solutions, such as the Allwin Facade Solutions that Safari Group often uses. This lets us achieve great results while staying commercially viable.
